Returns, Warranty and Shipping Policy
Orders made on www.getmobi.com are processed within 1-2 business days. For most orders, allow 2-5 business days for delivery. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any shipment delays once the carrier receives the package. MOBI ships to all 48 contiguous states within The United States, with limited or no services to Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to non-state USA territories, including Puerto Rico.
MOBI does not ship to Canada, Mexico, nor any other surrounding territories.
We at MOBI hope that you are pleased with your product. If you decide to exchange your purchased product for any reason, you must first contact our MOBI Customer Service team.
MOBI will only accept returns purchased directly from the MOBI website, www.getmobi.com, or through the MOBI Smart app within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the initial purchase. A copy of the receipt or proof of purchase is needed to be eligible for exchange or refund. The returned item must be in the same condition as you received it and contain the original packaging. MOBI will provide a prepaid shipping label for products purchased through GetMobi.com and needing return. MOBI will not accept returns purchased from other retailers as those products are subject to that retailer's return policy.
Once MOBI receives the returned product, we will ship out the replacement product or issue the refund to the original payment method used to purchase the product. If the item was given or received as a gift, MOBI can only refund the original card of purchase. MOBI provides exchange and refunds for all 50 states within The United States, excluding non-state USA territories, including Puerto Rico.
How to Initiate a Return, Warranty Claim, or Exchange
Please get in touch with MOBI Customer Service by Submitting a Ticket via our Support Portal. Please provide a copy of the original purchasing receipt from the US or Canadian-based store, along with your product name, item number, product label images, and specifics about the issue you are experiencing. MOBI can only accept exchanges from orders fulfilled by Approved retailers (for example, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Macy's, Kroger, and Albertson's) within the allotted warranty timeframe listed below.
MOBI cannot service any purchases made on Amazon, and purchasers must file an exchange/return claim with Amazon.
Purchases that an approved primary retailer does not fulfill will be considered third-party exchanges and thus will not be honored.
Purchases from peer-to-peer platforms (for example, eBay, OfferUp, Craigslist, and Facebook Marketplace) will be considered in violation of the provided warranty, rendering it void. To return/exchange these purchases, please reach out through the purchasing platform for a return/exchange.
If Team MOBI determines a warranty claim is valid, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form to the Customer. The RMA will be suitable for 7 (seven) days from the issue, expiring after that. MOBI requires that the product is first returned to our facilities to process your warranty claim. The Customer is responsible for the shipping cost, tracking, transit insurance, and return condition. Use the correct size shipping box and packing material to avoid physical damage to the product during shipping. Keep the tracking# for your reference and to track your return shipment.
Once received, if MOBI determines a product is not eligible for a warranty claim or does not have an RMA issued, MOBI will not be responsible for returning the product. We may suggest additional troubleshooting if your device is out of warranty or may suggest links to purchase the product through our website.

At its discretion, MOBI may exchange a DualScan Prime Thermometer without requesting for any original products to be returned.
To the original owner of the product, not subsequent owners, MOBI warrants that the unit will be free from defects in materials and quality for the period stated below:
MobiCam (Including MobiCam Multi-Purpose and MobiCam HDX models): 90 days from the original date of purchase - Plus 1 (one) additional year when the product is registered online at www.getmobi.com/pages/warranty within 90 days of initial purchase.
MOBI Thermometers (including Fever Track, Health Check, Prime, and Ultra Pulse models): 1 (one) calendar year from the original date of purchase
MOBI Thermometers (Including Digital Oral and Non-Contact): 90 calendar days from the original date of purchase.
MOBI Blood Pressure Monitors (Wrist and Arm models): 2 (two) years from the original date of purchase.
MOBI Smart Devices (MOBI LED Bulb, Door Sensor, Plug, Water Sensor): 90 days from the original date of purchase.
This warranty is valid for purchases made directly with MOBI or any authorized retailers. Proof of purchase is required to validate your warranty. MOBI, at its option, will either (a) repair the defective unit or component or (b) replace the defective unit. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original Customer who purchased the product.
If the product is no longer available, MOBI may, at their sole discretion, replace the device with the nearest similar available model. MOBI will cover any replacement device with a limited warranty for (a) 90 days or (b) the length of the remaining warranty of the original product.
This warranty does not include damages that arise from misuse or abuse of this product. In no event will MOBI or the retailer selling this product be liable to you for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use this product.
Extend Warranty Policy
You may cancel this Plan for any reason at any time. Cancellation requests made within thirty (30) days of the Purchase Date, if no claim has not been made under the Plan, will receive a 100% refund of the total Purchase Price of the Plan. Cancellations requests made more than thirty (30) days from the Purchase Date, or if a claim was made under the Plan within the first thirty (30) days, may receive at least a pro-rata refund based on the elapsed Coverage Term of the Purchase Price of the Plan, less the costs of repairs made (if any), and less an administrative fee not to exceed the cost of the contract or [$50], whichever is less.
If You cancel this Plan within thirty (30) days from the Purchase Date, and if no claim has been made under the Plan, then We will pay a ten percent (10%) penalty for each month that a refund is not provided within thirty (30) days of Your notice of cancellation.
We may not cancel this Plan except for fraud, material misrepresentation, or non-payment by You, or by a regulatory authority if required to do so. A written notice will be provided at least thirty (30) days before cancellation at Your last known address, with the effective date for the cancellation and the reason for cancellation. Return of the premium is based upon 100% of the unearned pro-rata premium based on the elapsed Coverage Term, less the costs of repairs made (if any).
If this Plan was inadvertently sold to You on a product that was not intended to be covered by this Plan, We will cancel this Plan and return the total purchase price of the Plan to You.
If the Coverage Term indicated on Your Purchase Confirmation is "Monthly" overage continues if you pay the monthly Plan fees in full by the billing due date. This Plan will renew automatically monthly and continue to renew until canceled by You or Us, or if full payment is not received by the billing due date. We may non-renew this Plan for any reason at any time. For Continuous Monthly Plans, We have the right to modify rates and/or Plan provisions. Notice of any changes to the rate and/or Plan provisions will be given to You in writing at least thirty (30) days before implementation. You may terminate coverage by giving written notice at any time before the effective date of the change.
Extend's Warranty does not cover refunds after 90 days of original purchase.
